  • What is the Physician Loan

    The Physician Loan Program is a residential mortgage loan specifically created for licensed medical professionals to help make mortgage financing easier and more hassle-free. It is subject to individual underwriting credit approval and additional

    qualifications. Contact us for more info. 

  • Who's Eligible for the Physician Loan?

    • Licensed Residents, Interns, and Fellows in MD, DO, and DPM programs

    • Licensed Physicians and Dentists (MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DPM) who have completed their training within the last fifteen years


  • What Type of Properties Can I Purchase with this Loan?

    Occupancy/Property Types:


    • Primary residence

    • Single-unit properties

    • Attached or detached properties

    • Leasehold properties (excluding Georgia

    Power leaseholds and Indian lands that

    are leasehold estates)

    • Warrantable condominiums

    • Planned Unit Developments (PUDs)

  • How much financing is available?

    During internship, residency, and fellowship in MD, DO, and DPM program:


    Maximum Loan Amount: $1,000,000

    Down Payment:  Up to 100% 

  • What If I Completed my Training 9 years ago or less?

    Fewer than ten years since completion of training (residency or fellowship):
